2023 Environmental Promotion - Terms and Conditions
1. Promotion Overview: The Auto Super Shoppes Customer Promotion (hereinafter referred to as "the Promotion") is organized by Auto Super Shoppes (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer"). The Promotion aims to reward customers who have availed themselves of car services at Auto Super Shoppes during the promotional period.
2. Promotion Period: The Promotion will commence on 1st October 2023 and conclude on 31 October 2023 (both dates inclusive). All entries must be received within this period to be eligible for participation.
3. Eligibility: 3.1 The Promotion is open to legal residents of New Zealand who are [18] years of age or older at the time of entry. 3.2 Employees, representatives, and immediate family members of Auto Super Shoppes are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
4. How to Enter: Getting your car or vehicle serviced and/or repaired at a participating Auto Super Shoppe during the promotional period enters you into the draw. You must retain your receipt as proof of entry and all charges associated with the service or repair must be paid in full.
5. Prize Details: 5.1 Upon successful completion of the entry requirements, participants will get a chance to win an opportunity to donate $1500 to one of three conservation organisations operating in New Zealand. 5.2 The total number of prizes to be awarded during the Promotion period will be [number of prizes].
6. Winner Selection: 6.1 The winners will be selected through a draw conducted by Auto Super Shoppes or its authorized representatives within 5 days following the conclusion of the Promotion period. 6.2 Each participating Auto Super Shoppes workshop will have a maximum of one winning customer from their customer’s entries into the promotion.
7. Prize Redemption: 7.1 The selected winners will be notified via the email address provided during the entry process or by phone. 7.2 To claim the prize, winners must respond to the notification within 3 days and provide a valid receipt for a car service completed at any participating Auto Super Shoppes during the Promotion period. 7.3 If a winner fails to respond or provide a valid receipt within the specified timeframe, their prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.
8. Use of Personal Information: By entering the Promotion, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information in accordance with Auto Super Shoppes' Privacy Policy and the New Zealand Privacy Act (1993).
9. General Terms:
9.1 Participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and all decisions made by Auto Super Shoppes, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
9.2 Auto Super Shoppes reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in any fraudulent or unlawful activity.
9.3 Auto Super Shoppes may, at its sole discretion, modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice and for any reason.
9.4 The prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or any other alternatives. 9.5 The Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations of New Zealand.
By participating in the Promotion, participants accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any amendments or changes made by Auto Super Shoppes.
